Notes on Redlands Blend
Our most popular blend for over 15 years now! Our Redlands Blend, is a blend of coffee that satisfies as a slow-filter brew as well as in espresso preparations. The idea was to take some of our favorite go-to coffees and showcase their versatility in a blend.
Blend Notes
The three coffees in this blend have similarities such as medium heavy body that responds well to washed processing. They also have their unique characteristics as a result of completely different growing conditions and cultivars.
Cupping Notes
Smooth, heavy and lush in its sweetness. Thick, flecked nutty crema, which coats the palate and finishes with a subtle acidity. The aftertaste is reminiscent of baker's chocolate and walnuts with a lingering caramel finish.
