Notes on Dolce French Roast
Our Dolce French Roast offers the best of both worlds by bringing mild beans from Indonesia together with dense, high-grown beans from the mountains of Central America for a satisfying deep French Roast flavor with a hint of acidity and subtle aromas.
The blend of beans makes our Dolce French Roast a very diverse coffee, ideal for morning or mid-afternoon enjoyment, but also perfectly suitable for pairing with light desserts such as fruit pies or sponge cakes. Intended for slow brewing, using a French press or a filter-drip device.
Blend Notes
Today Dolce French Roast is one of our most requested blends. It is a blend of high grown Central American and soft Indonesian coffees.
Cupping Notes
Good balance of savory earthy qualities that lend a heavy body to the cup, with medium-low acidity and aromatic notes of tobacco and wood.
