Origin Notes
Colombia produces the highest yields of specialty quality "Arabica" coffee in the world. The traditional criteria for grading Colombian coffee are cleanliness and size. "Supremo" is the highest grade of coffee available from Colombia.
We roast these Supremo beans to a Full City. It is important to coax the caramel and sweet acidity to the forefront with the roast profile. A properly roasted Colombia will display a balanced acidity and showcase Colombia as the star that it is.
Cupping Notes
Colombia Supremo possesses a medium, heavy body with lush notes of ripe cherries in the acidity. Caramel and nuts coat the palate in the aftertaste.
