Our Roastmaster General and his select group of buyers travel the globe and search out only the top 1% of green coffee beans and of the hundreds of coffees they roast and sample, he will choose only a dozen or so of the best to offer to you. At ie coffee we are committed to using organic and eco-friendly coffee because it is an environmentally and socially responsible product. Its production helps protect valuable eco-systems, and helps improve the lives of the growers and their families. Using organic and eco-friendly coffee is a simple extension of our personal beliefs that everything we do should help, rather than harm, the world in which we live.

The cupping room is the heart and soul of IE Coffee. We pull and cup a sample from each batch of coffee we roast to ensure that every bag of IE Coffee that leaves our facility is at its absolute peak flavor.

> Artisan Roasting is what we call it. We roast the highest grade of green beans in small batches of twenty-five pounds. The process is slow and requires a great deal of attention, but the result is fresh coffee bursting with all the regional flavors and characteristics of the bean.
